Sizing is a process during the weaving preparation to coat the yarn to increase itsstrength and abrasion resistance.
It can also make it smoother and more even.
During sizing productino the yarn is dipped in one or sevearl baths of chemicals.
Than it is dryed on by rolls heated by steam.
There are several methods such as creel to size (the yarns from the creel will go directly to the sizing machine) or creel to beam then beam to size.
In this case the process is divioded in two.
First part is to roll the primary beam from the creel and then transfer this primary beam to the sizing machine.
Once the sizing is done the primary beams will be gathered together on the beaming machine that will make the final beam.
