Q: I am interested in a used Needle felt production line Temafa, Befama, Hergeth, Dilo, Autefa. How is it comped precisely and what can it do?
A: Needle felt production line for glass fibre & synthetic fibre products is composed of one bale opener, two carding machines, one cross lapper, one needle loom and accessories.
WEe have one line capability to produce felts in max. 2.800mm product width.
Product range: 150 – 2.200 g/m²: Capacity: 400 kg/h
The line is controlled by a centralized control system; the bale opener and the edge trim opener each have a separate control system.
The control system is partially modernized / upgraded. All adjustable drives are driven by frequency inverters.
The line is equipped with a suction system for hopper feeders, doffers and needle loom.
Q: What are the dimensions of your used Dilo ODIV 35 Dilo needle loom 3,5 mt WW 4 bar from top 1987?
A: Our used Dilo needle loom weights about 10 / 13 tons. Dimension in the truck : the mains pieces are needle loom (2,2 x 5,5 mt), electric cabinet (1,2 x 0,7 mt), consolle 1,2 x 1 mt) so for the needle loom without winder it take about 6,5 mt trailer .
