Q: Could you tell us the running hours, format size and capacity of your used Atia Complete line of yoghurt filling and packaging?
A: We don't have running hour of the Atia filling and cartonning yoghurt line.
yoghurt filling machine was installed in 2009 and cartonning machine in 2013. The line was running 35 hours per week. Total per year was around 46 to 47 weeks production.
Pot diameter is 68mm and it is possible to increase to 95mm with the manufacturer options.
Capacity: 2500 to 3500 pots per hour depending on viscosity. It is conditioning of 6 packs of 4 yoghurts.
