Q: How can we work fast without straight/direct loading system on a Ferraro tubular compactor (which is present in newer versions of the machines)?
A: There are different solutions to feed the material in fast way to the Ferraro tubular compactor in order to have similar production of straight feeding system: The first is to place the pallet at 10 cm from the entrance of machine, the fabric goes down and then it pass through the introduction system of machine.The Client can place the pallet with tubular fabric folde 80 cm. far from the Ferraro tubular compactor and made by himself 2 free bars of introduction to be put in upper position, from the bars the fabric goes down to the introduction of machine.
As alternative the Customer can make by himself a more complex introduction system ,including of fold opening and step under which the fabric pass through as is done in the new machines.
