The AZ4 equipment is suitable for mounting and grinding of:
-saw toold wire on licker-in rollers in grooves
- metallic wires on roller with plain surfaces
- flexible fillets and emery fillets
With help of a unit-composed system you can assemble the machine according to yoru special requirement as follows:
- base frame AZ4
- Electronic drive AZ10 Nb4 or gear motor
- Mounting appliance AZ5 for saw-tooth wire
- Additional equipment for AZ5 for moounting of metallic wire on rollers with plain surfaces
- brackets with tension bar for flexible fillet or emery fillets
- Universal grinding apparatus SM6
