Q: I am interested in your Jakob muller SMA800 warper with ARG 200 creel to warp beams for warp knitting Karl Mayer machines.
A: This Jakob muller SMA800 warper is designed for producing warps for narrow weaving production. We beleive you can make warps for Karl Maker warp knitting but you may need to make little accoutrements.
Q: What is the procxess of your used Mageba Polyester dyeing machine from 2000. I don't see rinsing tanks.
A: Machine 3 parts: deying foulard, predrying (metane) and drying (metane) with rollers in 40cm. We dyed up to 16 ribbons of 6 mm or 8 x 40 mm gibbo. There is no ribbon wash application. For all colors we had no problems, for red and black too (we used Dystar dyes) We dyed polyester ribbon, single face, doubleface, organcy (in polyester)
With dryer at 160-180°
1 phase : impregnation
2 phase: pressing
3 phase: pre-dryer infrared technology (gas/methane)
4 phase: half contact dryer (burner gas/methane)
The machine need compressed air for pressing and traction rolls and to move the infrared system
