The SYNAPT HDMS offers two resolution modes,
V-mode (>10000) or W-mode (>17500).
Data acquisition with lock mass correction achieves accurate
mass measurements with an accuracy
better than 5 ppm for determining the elemental
composition of compounds that have an m/z ratio of 1000Da or less.
The TOF mass range is 20-100 in V mode.
000 Da and in W mode 20-16. 500 Da.
The mass range of the quadrupole in non-resolution mode is 10-16. 000 Da
for a 4000 Da quadrupole and at 20-32. 000 Da for
an 8000 Da quadrupole.
Spectra can be acquired at a rate of 10 scans per second,
except in pDRE mode where the maximum rate is 5
