Water wheel attachment is designed by REISER
to be used in conjunction with a VEMAG pump.
The model SCD Shredder Cutter Depositor
with a 48" long depositing throat allows for consistent,
accurate, deposit of cheese across a product
with very little wasted product.
This was last used to deposit cheese on pizza.
Unit is chilled via. a chiller that is integrated
into the frame witch chills the forming heads
as well as the cutter.
Electrical requirements are 480 volt 3 phase.
