Bar packing machine for two packaging materials
The machine as a single-station packing machine
for packing cast tablets and bars, as well as wafer products.
The packaging is done with two packaging materials
that are wrapped around the product together in one work cycle.
The inside wrap is made with aluminum foil
from the roll and the outside wrap as a full wrap
with paper from the stack.
If no product is added, no packaging material is removed.
A parcel sealing station is installed for the closure
and the packaged articles are held in place by brushes in the outlet.
The machine with a compact design
and automatic oil shower lubrication for a long service life.
Output: approx. 200 packs per minute
