This PE Lambda-9/19 UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer is equipped with a 60mm Integrating Sphere (p/n:B013-9941, 200nm ~2500nm) and a Lambda-series Standard Sample Compartment w/ 2 Sample Holders + a Set (4 each) of Polarization Lenses. This Lambda-9/19 comes with a Pentium-4 PC & Windows-XP(or Windows7) based software. Refurbished & Excellent working condition. This Near-IR spectrophotometer is suitable to sample applications of thin film & lens analysis.
