Non-contact measurement of the material with high throughput speed by opto-electronic measuring heads (so-called triangulation measuring heads)
The pivoting alignment table brings the boards into an optimum insertion position.
The boards can be aligned centrally or along a beam edge.
They are also rotated in the longitudinal direction so that the maximum possible edging width is achieved.

Movable saw blade bushes are positioned by the control system according to the optimum ripping pattern.
The feed speed is automatically adjusted to the board thickness and the ripping pattern (number of saw blades).
