BLEEDING MACHINE FOR HAMS

Designed for draining the blood of fresh hams and pork shoulders before salting them.
Completely built in stainless steel.
Stainless steel infeed belt with hooks for pulling the hams and avoiding jams. Infeed belt dimensions: 440 x 2,100mm.
With casters for easy movement.
4 rows of bleeding rollers (with adjustable height to different ham and shoulder sizes)

PVC outfeed belt. Width 350mm, length 800mm. The belt’s height can be set to different positions.
Overall dimensions: length 2,600 mm (3,200mm including the outfeed belt), width 700mm, height 1,300mm.
