Andritz, Pierret andritz laroche excel Tearing lines for recycled fiber denim textiles
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
Composed of 2 andritz laroche excel Tearing lines for recycled fiber denim textiles.
Possibility of working on 3 or 5 drums or 3 + 5 drums with a 3-drum Tearing line diverted to another 5 drum Tearing line.
Full details and photos upon request
Composition of the line:
pierret r52r robot
pierret ct60n cutter
pierret n60 cutter
Andritz mixing silos
Volumetric feeder
Excel 1500 Tearing machine with 3 drums (width 1500 mm)
Excel 2000 Tearing machine with 5 drums (width 2000 mm) Mixing boxes
Double box press
Single box press
Dust filtration plant
Throughput and Performance
o Nominal and maximum throughput capacity (kg/hr) for the line, including typical operating ranges.
- For spinning quality :
500-600 Kg/h with Cotton
300-400 Kg/h with PES
- For nonwoven quality :
1000 Kg/h with Cotton
700-800 Kg/h with PES
o Throughput performance when operating:
§ 3 drums only 3 cylinders isn’t enough to have a sufficient quality
§ 5 drums only approx. 1200 Kg/h for nonwoven quality with cotton and 700-900 Kg/h with PES, or 500-600 Kg/h for spinning quality with cotton or 300-400 Kg/h with PES)
§ 3 + 5 drum configuration (same as for 5 cylinders)
The line hasn’t been designed to operate cylinders separately, as the first 3 cylinders are only dedicated for hard points removal when the remaining 5 cylinders are dedicated for tearing …
To do so, you’ll need to replace the first 3 cylinders clothing.
Output Fibre Quality
o Typical fibre length distribution and fineness achievable from this configuration. Depending on raw material quality
o Degree of fibre opening and cleanliness. Depending on raw material quality
o Expected contamination levels post-tearing (e.g. dust, residual hard parts). Depending on raw material quality
o Any limits or sensitivities regarding input materials (garments with zips, buttons, blends, etc.). By keeping the first 3 cylinders as it is (hard points removal) it’ll limit the capacity, if you don’t need hard points removal then after replacing cylinder clothing production will be higher
Trims and Contaminant Handling
o Confirmation of the installed metal detection and separation systems, including:
§ Location(s) in the line between the exit of the 5 cylinders unit and the bale press
§ Type of separation/ejection high speed pneumatic deviator
§ Capability with metallic vs non-metallic trims
This system detects and ejects metallic particles, ferrous and non-ferrous, except aluminium
Interface with Existing Equipment
o Details on how and where the output of this tearing line would feed into a downstream line (we have an Andritz capability including bale opener chv 2000/2.4, fine openers, weighing bale opener chp 1600/2.4, blending converyor and blending bin sm 3000/10)
The material coming out of the tearing line can be conveyed through pipes to one of the various bale openers via a condenser to be added to the roof of the loader. It is also possible to provide a feed to several loaders with as many condensers and pneumatic bypasses in the piping.
Typical condenser would be : Condenser FC1400 + dedusting blower VT450 or VT560D
Typical Bypass would be : DTA300
o Typical output form (loose fibre, compacted fibre, box press output, etc.).
Tearing line exit : loose fibers
Bale press exit : Bale of recycled fibers
o Compatibility as a feedstock into an existing airlay / carding / fibre preparation line.
This line has been designed for spinning quality, so it works as well for nonwoven quality, but some cylinders clothing would probably be replaced
o Any required intermediate handling or conditioning steps. No
Utilities and Footprint
o Electrical load, compressed air requirements, and dust extraction specifications.
o Overall footprint and layout drawings, if available.
