Keyence BZ-X810 All-in-One Fluorescence Microscope

The BZ-X810 is a fully automatic inverted fluorescence phase contrast microscope system
that incorporates motorized control and imaging functions in a small
and compact all-in-one darkroom design, stage/focus/and image capture functions
are all controlled via software on an external pc workstation
Automatic motorized functions include objective lens switching and focus along the Z-axis,
XY-axis stage control, automatic image focus and exposure, and fluorescence filter cube switching,
system includes a 6-position revolving nosepiece equipped with 3 Nikon CFI60 objectives
1) Plan Apo 10x/0.45
2) Plan Apo 40x/0.95, and 3) Plan Apo 100x/1.45 Oil, fluorescence filter cubes
included are DAPI, CY3/TRITC, EYFP, and AlexaFluor 514/ZsYellow/Eosin, comes
with the BZ-X800E fluorescent light illumination unit and light guide and 5 total stage inserts
for a variety of specimen vessel types, also comes with a Dell laptop computer
with BZ-X800 Viewer/Analyzer software installed, 100-240V, 50/60Hz.
