Jacket rated for 90 PSI @ 350 degrees F.

Includes MixMor model GA-4 pneumatically driven agitator
with 1-1/4" diameter x 34" long stainless steel shaft
and 16" diameter propeller blade.

Kettle measures 42" diameter x 34" deep, Complete with hinged lid and hemispherical bottom.
Unit has 3" center bottom discharge.
Previously used in processing facility that manufactured condiments, jellies, dressing, sauces, and jams.
