The ICETECH PST 70 ice cream pasteurizer has technical features that give it exceptional efficiency and manufacturing quality:

- The water bath heat exchange system with glycol circulation under the bottom and around the tank optimizes energy efficiency: it reduces the temperature difference between the tank and the mixture, thus eliminating the risks of sticking, burning, and freezing, contributing to the organoleptic quality of ice cream machines and reducing energy consumption.
- The oval tank with a large radius prevents the accumulation of dense materials in the corners.
- The sloping bottom and piston valve facilitate product extraction.
- The cage mixer and its variable speed drive allow for emulsification and low-level homogenization of mixtures up to 3,000 rpm.
- The 5 configurable automatic programs allow for high and low-level pasteurization, as well as the pasteurization of products based on chocolate, sugar syrup, and invert sugar.
- The automatic diagnostic system decides - The machine can either continue the current cycle or automatically restart a new complete cycle depending on the duration of a power outage.
- The ability to stop the agitation during a temperature holding phase allows for the production of products such as liquid yogurt (a specific program replaces one of the programs listed above).
- Manual heating and cooling functions with access to the speed control of the agitator-emulsifier allow for cooking or cooling homogeneous liquid preparations such as sauces, creams, etc.
The machine has a spray nozzle. The robust plastic lid with a handle and the all-stainless-steel dispensing tap are fully removable for easy cleaning.
