40 Gallon Stainless Steel Self-Contained Electric Fired Twin Action Jacketed Mixing Kettle.
Equipped with both tilt discharge and bottom discharge,
jacket is rated 50PSI, National Board stamped.
Equipped with scrape surface agitation
as well as off-center counter current bar style agitation,
each agitator is equipped with Dura GS20X variable frequency drive.
With Eurodrive top-mounted motor,
Kettle is currently wired for single phase and a transformer
to run the kettle on 240 Volt. Last used in the food industry.
