Complete Product Blending System and HTST Pasteurization System
This entire system was engineered by Berks Plant
Design and Maintenance.
We were able to pass on a major savings
to the customer by supplying Reconditioned
Process equipment for use in the project.
The complete HTST system, process vessels,
agitators, and pumps were thoroughly reconditioned.
Additional instrumentation and fully automatic
processing controls utilizing a main control panel,
various interlocking flow meters,
an array of air actuated valves,
and flow panels were specified and integrated on-site
with all inter-process batching plumbing.
