Combi Ergopack 2-EZ HS, Case Erector

Case Erector LH Orientation – Case erecting system for erecting cases
at up to 20 cases per minute.
This erector features an easy-load powered case magazine
and crank adjustments for quick changeovers,
side belt drives through the case sealing section,
and a servo carriage for high speed case erecting.

Product Conveyor Existing product infeed conveyor is
5” wide matt top flex conveyor.

Ergopack Packout Case Conveyor: 8’ long Case transfer conveyor
for transporting and stopping sealed cases between the erector
and the pack area. Belt conveyor includes crank-adjustment
for various case widths, and adjustable photoeye for case indexing stop.

Integrated Allen Bradley control system for case erector
and case conveyor and packstation and case sealer
with 4 variable speed drives, and servo drive for carriage,
with hand-swipe switch for hands-free automatic case indexing.

Top & Bottom Case Sealer – Combi TB1 Hotmelt Case Sealer.
This side-belt drive system Features automatic 4 flap folding
and hotmelt glue closure for fully automatic top & bottom sealing of uniform cases.
Stock machine is Adjustable for case sizes from 8.5 x 5 x 5” to 20 x 13.5 x 20”
