304 stainless steel, 10 gauge side walls, 12 gauge barrel,
interior baffles, site glass 3″, 4″ sprayball valve for whey removal,
20 HP brake motor, VFD with on/off on stainless steel A Frame
with stainless steel pad feet.
The barrel is 56” diameter x 75” long. With the motor the length is 144” long.
The unit is 104” tall or 8.66 feet. 20 HP brake motor –
54 amps at 230 volts or 27 amps at 460 volt
