BULK VEGETABLE PACKER/FEEDER

This bulk distributor was used for various vegetables uploaded via
the cleated conveyor then distributed to the 12 bins
via the travelling vertical conveyor,
depending on which bins are programmed for the drop.
There are 6 bins per side although only one side was used.
the products are fed into the lower bins and then picked by hand
to fill trays on the roller conveyor which are directed to a load cell at the end.
In this application, one kg of potatoes, carrots,
parsnips etc were placed in trays for soup mixes for a major supermarket.
Unit is well made of stainless steel and is 6m long.
