AUTOMATIC OPEN MOUTH BAG FILLING MACHINE

The Topline is a fully automatic bag filling system
for open mouth bags, in which the packaging machines
and the switch cabinet are fully assembled in a cabin,
equipped with cables and connected to tubes.

It consists of:
Silo with weighing cells
Double auger dosage
Filling tube with gross system
Locking station with bag sealing system
Stock for empty bags
Bag conveyor
Switch cabinet
Operating tables

Capacity:
150 bag/h, assuming a filling weight of 20 kg,
depending on the design of the bags,
the flow properties, the venting properties,
the bulk weight of the products.
Products with varying flow characteristics are excluded
from the capacity of the machine.
