36 cu. ft. capacity stainless steel double ribbon blender.
Approx. 30" wide x 78" long x 34" deep.
Full one piece cover with central dump grate and dust collection hood with 43" dust port.
Approx. 8" center bottom discharge with 8 bolt 14" OD flanged connection.
Discharge sleeve has opposing air ports for fluidizing discharge assist.
Under hung pillow block bearings.
3" bearing shaft,
26" drive sprocket with 1" pitch (#80).
Full one piece cover is hinged at four points and tilts via dual pneumatic cylinders mounted on the back of blender.
Air purged packing gland shaft seals.
Unit requires a motor.
